Meet
Laurence Garneau
Osteopath
Originally from Canada, Laurence’s journey to Australia began when she came to study Osteoapthy. However, it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the country and make it her home. After moving to the picturesque Macedon Ranges, she found a deep connection with both the land and the warm local community.
What truly sets Laurence apart is her holistic approach to healthcare. She is committed to treating the person as a whole, considering all aspects of health, not just the physical symptoms. She takes the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle and wellbeing, ensuring they leave her care feeling supported, empowered and ready to thrive.
Laurence enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunctions as well as pre/post-natal care. She has a particular interest in working with clients who have suffered from chronic pain conditions, such as POTS, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
Laurence is a fervent advocate for an active lifestyle. She enjoys Pilates, weight training, walking, and swimming, always embracing the balance between strength and stillness. Her two border collies are her favourite adventure buddies, joining her for outdoor explorations whenever possible.

Eden Rochester
Myotherapist
Born and bred in the Macedon Ranges, Eden is a seasoned Clinical Myotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor with many years under her belt. Drawn to the field by her mother’s recovery from serious injuries after a car accident, Eden developed a deep passion for helping people manage pain and recover from injuries.
Eden has a special interest in chronic conditions, injury management, and working with patients from all walks of life. She connects deeply with her patients, taking time to understand their unique needs. She enjoys treating TMJ pain, headaches, and neck pain –Since Eden herself has experienced these issues and knows that hands-on treatment as well as stretching and exercise can provide profound relief.
With her holistic approach, Eden incorporates techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilisation, deep/soft tissue therapies, cupping and exercise prescription to provide effective relief and long-term solutions to her clients.
Eden’s dedication to her craft is backed by a Bachelor in Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Immunopharmacology), along with certifications in Fitness and Pilates. Outside of the Clinic you will find her enjoying time with friends at local cafes/restaurants as well as watching boxing or UFC with her family, including the family Staffy.

Meet
Sarah Gill
Lymphatic
With over 20 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist and more than a decade as a certified Lymphoedema Practitioner, Sarah Gill is a dedicated specialist in lymphatic health. Her expertise lies in providing treatments for lymphoedema and lipoedema, including manual lymphatic drainage, pneumatic compression, Kinesio taping, bandaging, tailored exercise programs, and garment fittings.
Sarah work closely with surgeons and oncologists to support her patients, helping them regain physical function and improve their quality of life, especially after cancer treatment. She also extends her care to those with NDIS and Aged Care Packages, actively networking with GPs and community health workers in the region to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
In addition to her clinical work, Sarah is also contracted with Football Australia as the sports massage therapist for the ParaMatildas. She provides sports massage and soft tissue therapy for the team in both domestic and international camps and tournaments.
As a sought-after educator she regularly gives presentations on lymphoedema to the Think Pink Foundation and has been a guest speaker on ABC radio. She is a clinical consultant for the Mobiderm® lymphoedema range, running courses in Australia, New Zealand, China and South Africa.
Sarah encourages patients’ independence and creates individualised programs to facilitate their wellbeing.
At 6 a.m. you’ll find her at CrossFit, other times at dog school, playing saxophone, or cheering on Richmond Tigers AFL & AFLW.

Danae Arnarllis
Massage therapist/Holistic healing
Having embraced the journey of motherhood, Danae transitioned from her ten year career as a flight attendant to pursue her true calling, serving others through yoga, meditation and holistic healing practices. Her offerings are thoughtfully crafted from
experiences that have profoundly impacted her own path to personal growth.
With a rich background in the beauty and spa industry, Danae discovered her passion for fostering calm and relaxation in others. This passion has shaped the unique energy healing and natural treatments she provides today. She is dedicated to helping people relax, ground, and calm their nervous systems through holistic approaches, including intuitive energy healing, natural facials, massages and yoga.
Danae believes that healing is a personal journey that begins from within, meeting you exactly where you are. Her role is to facilitate and support this journey, helping you uncover insights and clarity as you move forward.
Combining her extensive industry experience with a naturally calming and intuitive nature, enriched by the joys and challenges of being a mum to a 5-year-old, Danae’s approach is infused with kindness and a touch of quirkiness, making each session both nurturing and insightful.
She believes that truly knowing oneself is where transformation and healing unfolds.

Nadia Schipano
Osteopath
Nadia is an osteopath and yoga teacher who completed her Bachelor of Health
Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University.
Nadia is passionate about helping her patients reach their individual goals and improve their quality of life. She has a strong focus on adop=ng a holistic approach to healthcare in order to achieve the best health outcomes for her patients.
Throughout university, Nadia spent some time working as a sports trainer at Strathmore Football Club where she helped manage acute musculoskeletal injuries as well as assist players with pre-game preparation and post-game recovery.
Nadia has a personal interest in yoga and completed her yoga teacher training at the
Australian Yoga Academy in her final year of university. Through her training, Nadia
experienced the positive impacts of mindfulness and yoga which are practices she tries to incorporate into her everyday life.
Nadia enjoys treating a variety of conditions and utilises a range of manual therapy
techniques including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, joint articulation, muscle energy technique and joint manipulation. Nadia is commited to providing education to her parents about their diagnosis as well as lifestyle advice and exercise prescription to get them back into doing the activities that they love.
Outside of the clinic, Nadia loves teaching yoga, reading a good book, travelling, and
spending quality time with family and friends.
