Lymphatic 

Using Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) our certified lymphatic practitioner can treat conditions from acute and chronic swelling to lymphoedema, lipoedema, vascular oedema and other lymphatic dysfunctions.   MLD is a unique method, the gentle, rhythmic, pumping, massage movements follow the direction of lymph flow and produce rapid results. This is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body.  

Depending on your needs our practitioner uses a combination of MLD, bandaging, lymphatic taping, compression garment prescription, exercise and skin care to help you reduce and manage your swelling.  

Apart from increasing lymph flow and reducing oedemas, MLD also has a pain-relieving effect and can be used with recent trauma, such as sports injuries.  Patients find the techniques soothing and relaxing with no side effects.  It is a gentle, rhythmic massage-like movement, performed with a great deal of precision.
