Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates designed to address specific therapeutic needs and conditions. It combines the principles of traditional Pilates with a focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention and personalised care. This form of exercise therapy focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Our Clinical Pilates sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

At Sense of Still, our sessions are guided by healthcare practitioners who completed further training in Clinical Pilates. We use a wide variety of equipment, such as reformers, trapeze tables, wunda chairs and ladder barrel. Our approach emphasises on precise movement and body awareness in order to address issues like lower back pain, posture problems and muscular imbalances.

By integrating principles of anatomy and biomechanics, Clinical Pilates aims to enhance functional movement, reduce pain and promote optimal health.

What distinguishes Clinical Pilates at Sense of Still is its seamless integration with other therapeutic services, creating a cohesive, comprehensive approach to wellbeing in one convenient location.
